I guess I wanted to talk about salmon
I have a salmon defrosting downstairs. I took it out when I woke up and i'm planning on cooking it later.
I'm terrified of cooking salmon. I feel like it's too easy to cook.
Fish! In general! I don't go out of my way for it. Sushi? It's okay, sometimes it's super good and it'll make up for all the other times it was just okay. But fish? Like, cooked fish? Why would you go out of your way for that? You had a craving? Crave something better.
Realizing that I wrote this truly honest thought about my feelings towards fish, and that I also started this by saying that I have a salmon defrosting downstairs.
I had a craving. I regret what I previously wrote. Sometimes fish is okay. I am also beginning to learn that soup is good too, but I am slowly making headway with that. I'll need some more time.
Thank you.

Surprise Interview!
Hello! I wanted to do an interview! We touched on a lot of things, so i'll transcribe the best parts of it. Maybe soon, if there's even like slight demand, i'll edit it and upload it as an audio file!
The Hot Dog portion of the interview:
Desi, how's it been in Jersey so far? Are there any spots you recommend?
Desi: This is a very aimed question because you know what it is... we just talked about it. It's nice in Jersey, it's snowing, and I just walked to a very good hot dog place right next to my house. It's called Hirams. It's one of those very local spots. They only take cash and they don't have an ATM near them.
Oh, they only take cash?
They only take cash. It's all very affordable and super good. [And I know you won't] love it. I know you love grilled hot dogs. I believe they boil their hot dogs or whatever. But they do it so good. The outside is so crisp...I recommend this place. I recommend this to you specifically. Because I know you're like...You like a good hot dog.
The picture you sent me, Desi. They look like they have terrific onion rings, man. I'm looking at that right now.
Yeah, I mean...on God, every hot dog sort of looks like shit. It's tough to really like hot dogs.
David: Hot dogs are just shit in general.
(We then spoke about Arbetters, a joint in Miami that I personally love. Desi is indifferent, and David enjoys it.)
Luis, what do you think of Arbetters?
Luis: Mm-hmm okay, well, um, honestly I've only ever been there once, and it hurts me to say.. I think I want to go again, because when I went the one time.. Uh, I actually was with Maddux and David. I'm not too sure though. It was very tasty, uh, the environment was very nice. I liked how it was um, you know. I felt like they were putting love into their food, you know, like it's, like they love [what] they're doing. Um, but very good food.. [it's] you know, fresh.
(I never told Luis this, and I hope he doesn't read this now, but what I wrote above is truly how he spoke. It felt a lot more natural when he said it i'll be honest, but geez louise! What a mess! Why did he even say "it hurts me to say"?? I love you luis.)

David's caffeine addiction, revealed!
Alright, off the hot dog topic. David, what do you blame for your caffeine addiction?
David: My older sister introduced me to our espresso machine in the...kitchen. This was sophomore year of high school. She showed it to me. She said "Do you want me to make you some coffee?" And then I've just had it ever since. It's a great pastime. I enjoy it.
It's a pastime? It's like a hobby for you now is what you're saying. Making coffee?
Yeah, dude, I like to waste 30 of my minutes just smelling coffee and just scrolling on my phone right next to it and just seeing the steam go everywhere. It's a nice very calming experience for me.
You sound like you've had coffee recently... you sound very jittery.
I actually made [coffee]..I would say like an hour ago.

Desi's favorite person... Won't shock you!
Who is your favorite person and why?
David: Could we do a dog? I want to say Coco (David's dog).
Yeah, you can say a dog. But tell me why, why Coco?
She is awesome sauce and I love her so much.
That was pretty solid, Desi?
Desi: I guess like when you say favorite, like I don't think of like who I love most. I think like, who I'd want to spend most of my time with. But I also think it would be cringe if I say anybody. I would say Ethan. I'll tell you who it ain't gonna be! Nobody in particular.
(We then spoke for 10 minutes on if I was a good pet owner or not. The consensus was I am, even if I call my dog an idiot mutt sometimes. Frequently. Often. Usually.)

I'll put the rest of the interview tomorrow. This would be a very long post otherwise. Plus, it saves me from having to think too hard tomorrow! Saturday's are for the opposite of thinking.
